1. Rights of Pasaia City Council and user responsibility.

Pasaia City Council is the owner of the website "ITSAS FESTIBALA" as well as of the intellectual property rights of the website and the contents available through it, either by itself or as licensee.

All rights under this name are protected and reserved. Consequently, the reproduction, in whole or in part and even quoting the source, of any of the contents is strictly prohibited. The contents are intended solely for end users, and their commercial use or resale is prohibited, except with the express written authorisation of Pasaia City Council.

Infringement will be prosecuted by civil and criminal proceedings, with a demand for compensation for any damages caused.

Pasaia City Council accepts no responsibility whatsoever for any infringement that the user may make of such protected rights, as well as those rights protected by the Intellectual Property Law, Law on the Civil Protection of the Right to Honour, Personal and Family Privacy and Personal Image, Trademark Law, General Advertising Law, General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users (State or Autonomous Community), Unfair Competition Law and General Contracting Conditions Law, among others.

Users, who must be of legal age, shall be entirely responsible for the correct use of the Website in accordance with current legislation, whether national or international, as well as with the principles of good faith, morality, good customs and public order, and with the commitment to diligently observe any additional instructions that may be given to them by Pasaia City Council.

Users shall refrain from using the services and contents of the Website for illicit purposes or effects that are harmful to the rights and interests of third parties, or that may in any way damage, render useless, affect or deteriorate the functioning of the Website, its contents and services.
